# Data processing agreement

The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) describes how VESSL AI processes personal data on behalf of customers using VESSL Cloud, including the categories of data, the subprocessors involved, security measures, data subject requests, and international transfers, in line with applicable data protection laws.
