This page has two distinct parts. Section 1 lists the Sub-processors that VESSL AI KOREA Inc. or VESSL AI, Inc., as applicable (“VESSL”), engages to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Customers under the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”). Section 1 forms part of the DPA and is subject to DPA Section 6. Section 2 identifies service providers and third-party technologies that VESSL uses when processing personal data as a controller under the Privacy Policy. Section 2 does not form part of the DPA, and changes to Section 2 are not subject to DPA Section 6. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the DPA.

2. Compute infrastructure (customer-selected)

The following providers run Customer Content and workloads on infrastructure that the Customer selects (by region or cluster), and therefore process Customer Personal Data contained in those workloads as sub-processors. Which provider applies depends on the compute region/cluster the Customer chooses.
